Living Food vs. Processed (Food?)

First photo is a display of a raw "breakfast/energy" bar and the second is "old" fast food.  I just thought these two would be interesting to post together to show the HUGE contrast.  The raw food bar was able to grow sprouts from the raw seeds that they contain. The fast foods haven't even sprouted mold, so they must include a great deal of preservatives. Since our bodies are living, we need to eat living foods.  So remember to eat your fruits and veggies (and sprouted nuts/seeds)!
